After completing documentation, tuition and registration fee should be transferred to the institute's bank account. The transaction should be made under the applicant's name.

Policies for refunds

Enforcement date: As of Aug. 1st, 2022
Administrative service fee and all other costs are included in tuition.
Tuition is refunded as outlined in the KLI regulations table below.
D-4 VISA students are refunded as follows:

- Tuition is refunded following the KLI regulations outlined below after the
adminstrative service fee(800,000KRW) has been deducted.
- The application date for refund is the date which the visa lapses or a change of the visa provider to another school/institute

before 1/3 of total course period has been completed	2/3 of tuition
After 1/3 but before 1/2 of total course period has been completed	1/2 of tuition
After 1/2 of total course period has been completed	No refund

Taking classes over one month (20days)	Refund Amount
before a course begins	100% of tuition already paid
After a course begins	the rest of tuition for the month that is asked to be refund (according to the KLI regulations noted in the table above) + 100% for the rest of the remaining months
